Just now I got to level 18 Norwegian (I was only two points away, so I did an extra lesson), and when I confirmed that, I also noticed that I'd leveled up in Dutch. I'm now on level 21.
A couple years ago, I made a chart of what number of points corresponds to what level. The threshold for level 21 is 17,000 points. Since I have 17,028, I think I must have leveled up on Thursday or Friday. I didn't do any Dutch lessons on Saturday, and I did one (and earned 10 points) early this morning, so on Friday I had 17,018 points. But I can't remember how many lessons I did on Friday. Either I'd already leveled up on Thursday and did only one lesson on Friday or I did two lessons on Friday and those 20 points pushed me into the next level.

Duolingo Levels Update
This morning, after I reached Level 6 Romanian and discovered that Duolingo doesn't notify me when I reach a new level anymore, I compared my current Duolingo levels to the records I have on this blog and discovered that I'd unknowingly leveled up in five different languages.
I'm now on Level 15 Spanish:
Unsurprisingly (because I practice them everyday), I leveled up in all three of the non-Latin alphabet languages I'm learning:

I also got to Level 7 Irish:
Keeping track of when I leveled up in a language is most of the reason I started this blog. Now that Duolingo doesn't notify me, I'll have to keep an eye on my levels myself.

EDIT: I realized after posting this that I'd actually reached level 14 Russian back in January.
Level 6 Romanian
I didn't get the usual notification (in fact, I got no notification at all), but I reached level 6 Romanian!
I hope Duolingo didn't do away with levels in their shift to the new crowns system.
